How We Work
From first walkthrough to a consistently cleaner facility.
A documented process, not a guess. Here's exactly how a Siesie commercial cleaning program comes together.
Facility Walkthrough
We walk the building with you — priorities, access requirements, current schedule, and any problem areas you want addressed. No cost, no obligation.
This is where we collect the specifics: square footage, restroom counts, floor types, high-traffic zones, and anything your current provider has been missing.
Tailored Scope
We put together a cleaning plan organized by zone, task, and frequency — in writing, so there's no ambiguity about what's included.
The scope reflects what the walkthrough actually found, not a generic template.
Team Preparation
Before the first visit, we align staffing, supplies, access instructions, and any site-specific requirements (badges, alarm codes, after-hours procedures).
You'll know who's coming, when, and how they'll get in.
Consistent Service
We execute the agreed schedule with clear communication — you always know what was done and when.
The written scope is the standard every visit is measured against.
Review and Improve
We address feedback directly and adjust the plan as your facility's needs change — a new tenant, a seasonal shift, an added space.
Cleaning programs aren't static; yours shouldn't be either.
Onboarding FAQ
Common questions about getting started.
How long does the walkthrough take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the facility — this is confirmed when we schedule your walkthrough.
Do you need access outside business hours?
Only if your schedule calls for after-hours service. Access and alarm procedures are worked out during team preparation, step 3, before your first visit.
What if the scope needs to change later?
That's what step 5 is for — cleaning needs shift as a facility does, and the plan is meant to be adjusted, not locked in forever.
Who do we talk to if something's missed?
Your point of contact from the walkthrough — communication is part of the scope, not an afterthought.
